Social program

This year edition: September 24 to October 4
First edition: 2011
Organizer: Fundaţia Austria Pro România

The concept of CibinFEST derives from the famous Oktoberfest and will use the same recipe that made the first three editions so successful: an amusement park, many hectolitres of beer, local products, Bavarian music and thousands of people who want to celebrate the beginning of autumn. The festival will take place during the last weekend in September on the Large Square. The band Spatzen 2000 will be the guest of honour performing, as they did in the last year, covers of famous Romanian and international hits as well as German folk music. Thousands of people will celebrate together, making the tent set up on the Large Square seem too small.
